New team member @ Rote

Mikael Hedman is from May 1 a new team member at our Stockholm office.

Mikael is a senior business consultant with extensive experience in complex projects, including continuity planning, risk mapping, data protection issues (GDPR) and technical IT deliveries. Mikael has great capabilities of developing and implementing long-term plans and is appreciated for his broad knowledge and strong customer focus. Mikael is very goal-oriented and focused on delivery, but at the same time he has a sound leadership that is characterized by strong collaborative skills and a genuine human interest.

Michael''s assignments have included everything from continuity strategies and process development in the role of security expert for EU international operations, to developing operational plans for senior management and board of directors, with implementation at both operational and management levels.

Mikael''s professional experience and education has given him great practical ability to transform government''s demands into robust planning documents that both ensure operational personnel''s requirements for usability, and the managerial requirements for results and long-term sustainability.
