Ms. Anna Sjögren, newly graduated Certified Safety Manager, with her background as a flight captain. In her role as flight captain, Anna had total responsibility for crisis preparedness / handling / communication, planning, incident management, safety analysis and operational safety for personnel / passengers and aircraft.

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to take the next step in my career in the field of security, where my experiences in flight safety, leadership, project and crisis management, crisis communication, risk management and working both operationally and strategically can be used. With the help of Rote''s extensive knowledge in his fields, I as a generalist can curiously develop and contribute with collaboration as a key word. I look forward to delivering qualitative assignments through a holistic approach and business approach.”

Mr. Kenneth Mattsson comes from the Swedish Armed Forces and most recently as deputy regimental commander of the Logistic Regiment in Skövde. Kenneth has previously been Head of the Swedish Armed Forces'' logistics and motor school. Kenneth''s top competence lies in the national operational and tactical logistics area. Since 2016, Kenneth has worked as planning manager for logistics for the Armed Forces exercises "AURORA".

Kenneth has also in a decoupled role been operations manager for the "sharp" healthcare that the Armed Forces'' legitimate personnel carry out in the military units, which is a completely civilian competence. As a logistician, Kenneth has also often ended up in collaborative roles with other total defense areas / industries, which are the interfaces with civil society.
