Rote strengthens its team

We are strengthening for the future. On 2/11, Maria Salomonsson and Martin Mann started with us.

Maria will work as both a senior consultant and consulting manager at our HQ in Stockholm.

Maria is a behavioral scientist with experience from the private sector as, among other things, self-employed, partner and CEO. In the public sector, Maria has been active as a manager and management consultant for the past five years.

Her assignment as a consultant has varied from shorter investigations, organizational reviews, and lectures / training in change management to longer assignments as program manager and project manager in digitization. In recent years, the focus has been on management team development and managerial support / managerial coaching in major administrative management groups within municipal operations.

Martin is basically a technical officer in the Swedish Air Force, who after graduating from the officers ''''college read Chalmers'''' master''''s engineering program. After that, Martin completed an education in Industrial Management in New South Wales. All this is spiced up with a degree from the Gothenburg School of Economics.

Martin has many years of experience in JAS 39 Gripen development, sales, export and all the requirements a system requires to meet ILS full value. Employers have been the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration, Saab Group, and a number of consulting companies where Martin has previously been a partner.

Martin belongs to our office on the "best coast” but will operate both within and outside the country''s borders.
