Another full-fledged senior consultant joins Rote

Lieutenant Colonel (ret) Thomas Niclason has his background as a command pilot with more than 2,400 flying hours, principally in fighter aircraft. He acquired a Master of Science at Cranfield University, United Kingdom; in Systems Engineering for Defense. When he retired from the Swedish Armed Forces HQ he was head of Structure and Architecture and a flexible capability based modular modelling of the armed forces. Thomas likes boating, biking and hunting.
