Rote introduces a 6-pack

Major talent boost at Rote this fall. All time high market and client demands calls for a new 6-pack.

We are proud to welcome six heavily experienced consultants to our team.

 

Henrik Rudolfsson

Henrik, while being former Chief Engineer ILS at Swedish Defense Administration /FMV), is a former officer in the Land Domain with several international missions foremost with UN peacekeeping.

He has a bachelor in economics and is only one out of three Swedes successfully accomplished a MSc in Defense Acquisition Management at Cranfield University (UK).

Henrik also holds various certifications amongst APMP in project management and MCIPS (Charted institute of procurement and supply).

Though Henrik thrives to make business difference within logistics and acquisition, he spends his spare time together with his family running and swimming between the islands in the Swedish archipelago.

 

Curt Öhrling

With backgrounds within the Swedish Armed Forces in positions from pluton manager to battalion manager, both leadership and managerial experiences are held. Long-term of staff work, especially in the security sector, has given good experience in team work. In the competence profile there is a special Security Intelligence (Counter Intelligence) service completed with security analyzes, threat assessments and security work (protection). Furthermore, there is a lot of experience in collaboration with police, customs and coast guard.

 

Fredrik Lundin

Fredrik has been 5 years with the Swedish ANS-P as a Safety Assessor and is a skilled leader in major ATM Safety projects. He is currently conducting Safety Assessments as a consultant to FMV. Fredrik is bachelor of science in nautical science (Chalmers Gothenburg) and has served as an Officer in the merchant navy. He has previously also been involved in shipping holding various positions focusing on safety/security in both Shipping Company as well as being operative in a repair yard. Currently he is Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Manager in Sweden''s largest repair yard why he also may handle any nautical projects. 

 

Lars Hammarlund

Lars Hammarlund (Colonel ret.) started his career as an Officer in a Armor unit (S tank) at the Södra Skånska Regementet (P7) in 1978. He has also worked with procurement for the Swedish Defence, in total 13 years. During the period of 2004-2007 he served as a commanding officer at the Södra Skånska Regementet (P7).

In later years he was the Head of Operations at the Land Component Command with among other things the task to support the Swedish forces in Afghanistan. Before his retirement he was Head of the Training Department with responsibility of education, training, simulation and recruitment.

 

Ragnar Mårdh

Reserve Officer with academic education in business administration and political science with exam from Uppsala University. Passed Basic Course in Staff duties and Tactics at the Swedish Defence University. International duty in Kosovo and Afghanistan. He has worked with performance auditing and acted as a CSO for approx. 10 years. This has led to good knowledge of public administration and protective security.

 

Leif Nilsson

Leif Nilsson is a senior consultant at Rote since September 2017. His broad experience includes army infantry command assignments on Brigade level, as well as a senior teaching positions in the military academy, staff assignments, and active duty foreign service. 

For well over a decade, Leif has served in senior positions in the Swedish municipal government, Landstinget, and held executive corporate positions. He has also worked extensively with political leadership, and in addition, gained valuable knowledge within the field of facility management.

Playing Minigolf is his number one hobby – and one at which he excels – his most recent gold medal earned this summer together with a five-player team in an old timer championship.
