We run and lead global and local projects in all its phases according to the customer or Rotes project model. Our experienced, certified project managers have guided, led, supported, evaluated or audited programs or projects in dynamic environments with both great success and harvesting of great experience for continuous improvement. Dynamic environments include policy-driven infrastructure and IT, which both have large investments and a constantly changing target and requirements.

We have great experience of working with tools such as PROPS, XLPM, PEJL, PPS, Ratten and Prince2.

We have experience from working with different types and sizes of projects, such as change management, analytics, investigations, implementations, vendor management, operations, management, globalization and sales.

We are your support in complex IT issues in relation to operations, customers and suppliers. It may include strategy, design, procurement, analyses, changes in which we are independent from vendors and products. The methodology we use is based on accepted best practice and international framework for IT governance as ITIL, ISO 20000 and CoBIT.

Within the IT area our consultants are working with strategy, design, transfers, operations and improvements, as well as ITIL (incident, problem, change and configuration).
