Sustainability

A long-term commitment to sustainable development is, for us, good business — it contributes to our profitability by reducing unnecessary use of resources and helps us optimise the resources we have at our disposal.

Our values and certifications guide us in our daily work, in client relationships and in our interaction with the wider business and social environment. We are therefore quality and environmentally certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and follow the CSR standard ISO 26000.

Our quality policy

We offer clients only those services that meet a quality high enough to deserve and earn their full trust. We deliver the right service, at the right price, at the right time.

Realising the policy means that our operations are conducted according to the following:

  • Everyone must be aware of the importance of quality to the company and perform their tasks and commitments competently and with that in mind.
  • There must be a documented organisation and allocation of responsibility and authority for all activities that affect quality.
  • A quality reviewer is appointed for every assignment to continuously verify that the agreed quality is delivered.
  • The effectiveness of our quality work is continuously followed up through internal audits.
  • There must be procedures for collecting, processing, reporting and using quality information.
  • Quality work is actively and offensively steered towards annual improvement targets.

Our service production must be carried out safely and with the smallest possible environmental impact. Our clients must be able to trust that our services, in a long-term perspective, are aligned with society's environmental goals.
