Christian is leaving a long career in the corporate world—spanning various roles where technology meets business—to become a consultant with us. His professional life has centered on understanding complex solutions while translating them into customer value and strategic direction. His roles have been defined by a blend of strategy and development, always maintained through close dialogue with clients.

For many years, Christian worked at SKF, a major organization with a global footprint and a vast international client base. SKF's extensive portfolio serves virtually every industrial sector; consequently, Christian's career has involved working with a wide range of clients across diverse segments and operations—including oil and gas, marine, automotive, defense, medical, and mining, to name a few.

He has also worked for other technology-intensive companies, consistently following a common thread: understanding the market and the customer, developing strategies, and ensuring their successful implementation.

Before joining Rote, Christian had the opportunity to serve as a planning officer (Reserve Officer) on a regimental staff within the Swedish Armed Forces. This interlude in his career provided fresh perspectives on the leadership required to meet the challenging objectives facing the Armed Forces.

Christian is driven by effective teamwork, creating customer value, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Both he and Rote look forward to applying his experience to the consulting role while simultaneously gaining new insights into the industries and sectors where Rote's clients operate.

Christian has now been with us for nearly three weeks, and we might soon find the answer to the question Earth, Wind & Fire so catchy sang about in their mega-hit: "Do you remember – Twenty-first night of September?"
