Spring is the season of finals and world championships — and we're playing to win.
From 4 May you'll find Martin Kruse in our line-up. Martin brings over 15 years of experience from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) as a manager and project leader, and 13 years as a senior executive at the Swedish Public Employment Service. Over the years, Martin has led major development projects within the JAS 39 aircraft system at materiel-system level, as well as weapons procurement and integration, and served as Deputy Chief Engineer. He has been Deputy Head of the JAS 39 project at FMV, Director of Procurement and Director of Administration at the Swedish Public Employment Service, in addition to various first-line management roles.
As Chair and Board Member of Sweden's Public Procurers (SOI), Martin has built significant experience in public procurement and a broad network across Swedish authorities, regions and municipalities, as well as industry organisations within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
Martin's superpower is the ability to combine breadth with sufficient depth to quickly grasp both technical and organisational systems, enabling rapid and focused development and delivery. As a leader and team player, Martin is characterised by a developmental approach with inclusion, trust, collaboration and decisiveness as guiding principles.
